Tim Duggan Books Acquires THE GREAT IMPRISONMENT by Eric Schlosser

Tim Duggan Books, an imprint of the Crown Publishing Group, has acquired a new book by Eric Schlosser, author of Fast Food Nation and Command and Control, called THE GREAT IMPRISONMENT. The book is an investigation of America’s prison system, which continues to expand year after year, leading to a state of mass incarceration that is doing serious harm to millions of society’s most vulnerable people.

THE GREAT IMPRISONMENT will be published in 2018. Duggan acquired North American rights from Tina Bennett of WME.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Eric Schlosser is the author of Fast Food Nation, which has sold over 2 million copies. His most recent book, Command and Control (2013), was a New York Times bestseller, a New York Times Notable Book, and a finalist for the 2014 Pulitzer Prize.
